Reservations & Payments
A reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to room availability.
All prices are quoted and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD).
The Retreat reserves the right to correct pricing errors or omissions.
Event Information
The Retreat 2026

The Retreat is a hosted business networking and educational event for real estate investors. While the official retreat activities take place during these dates, guests are welcome to arrive early or extend their stay (subject to availability and the resort’s group rate policies).
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, the following penalties apply:

| 60 days or more before arrival | 5% of total reservation |
| 59–31 days before arrival | 5% plus a two-night room penalty |
| 30 days or less before arrival | No Refund |
| No Show | No Refund |
| Early Departure | Charges for unused nights are non-refundable |
| Name Changes | No penalty (subject to resort approval) |
| Extended Stay | Subject to current room rates |
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving written notice.
Air Transportation
Guests are responsible for purchasing their own airfare.
The Retreat does not arrange or ticket airline reservations.
The Retreat is not responsible for:
- Flight delays
- Airline schedule changes
- Missed connections
- Airline cancellations
- Additional airline fees
- Lost baggage
- Expenses resulting from airline disruptions
Travel Documents
All travelers are responsible for obtaining the required travel documentation.
For U.S. and Canadian citizens:
- A valid passport is required.
- Your passport should remain valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
Guests from other countries should verify entry requirements with the appropriate Mexican consulate.
Failure to obtain proper travel documentation does not exempt a guest from cancellation penalties.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel insurance can help protect your investment in the event of:
- Trip cancellation
- Trip interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Emergency evacuation
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Travel delays
Travel insurance is available upon request.
Changes to the Event
Although every effort will be made to operate The Retreat as advertised, circumstances beyond our control may require changes.
If significant changes become necessary, guests will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
The Retreat reserves the right to modify:
- Speakers
- Schedule
- Meeting locations
- Activities
- Resort accommodations
- Event programming
Should the event be canceled by The Retreat, our liability shall be limited to a refund of monies paid directly to The Retreat.
Responsibility
The Retreat and Impression Productions LLC act solely as organizers and travel coordinators.
Hotels, airlines, transportation companies, excursion providers, and other suppliers operate independently.
The Retreat is not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, inconvenience, property damage, or expense caused by the acts or omissions of these independent suppliers.
Force Majeure
The Retreat shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Hurricanes
- Natural disasters
- Acts of God
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- War or terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Transportation disruptions
- Mechanical failures
- Resort closures
Accessibility
Guests requiring accessible accommodations should notify us at the time of booking.
Accessible rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Tax Exemption
Because portions of The Retreat involve business meetings and educational programming, eligible attendees may qualify for certain tax exemptions related to meeting expenses, subject to applicable laws and the resort’s policies. Additional documentation may be required.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Any legal disputes arising from participation in The Retreat shall be resolved exclusively in the State of Oklahoma.
Acceptance
By submitting payment for The Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Photography & Media Release
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat and used for future promotional materials, unless a guest requests otherwise.
Health & Fitness to Travel
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to travel internationally and participate in retreat activities.
